What Costs Extra

• Additional user: $40 a month on Starter, $30 on Growth, $25 on Enterprise.
• Additional storage: $2 per GB per month.
• Additional application: $10 per application per month.
• MS Office: $10 per user per month.
• Dedicated server: custom quote.

Choosing yearly billing saves 10% compared with monthly billing.

A Worked Example

A firm with seven users on the Growth plan pays $150 for the first five users plus $30 for each of the two extra users, so $150 + $60 = $210 a month before any add-ons. The same seven users on Enterprise would cost $300, since that plan includes twelve.

How to Choose

• Count your users. Plans are built around how many people work at the same time.
• Count your applications. Each plan includes a number of applications, such as your accounting or tax software. More can be added for a monthly fee.
• Look at storage. If your company files or client folders are large, compare the storage included.

Cloud Innovics provides the hosting infrastructure only. You need your own valid license for QuickBooks, Sage or your tax software. We are not a software reseller.
