Upgrading or Changing Your Plan

You can upgrade your storage, RAM, or user count at any time. Billing is adjusted pro-rata, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Adding or Removing Users

Contact our support team to add or remove users on your account. New users are billed immediately on a pro-rated basis; removals take effect at your next billing cycle.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with our service, you can cancel within 30 days of signing up and get a full refund under our company refund policy. Contact support to start a cancellation.
