What is QuickBooks Pro hosting?
Your QuickBooks Pro software and company file run on our remote servers instead of one office computer. You and your staff connect through an encrypted remote session that works like a local install, with no server hardware to buy or maintain.
Can I still buy a new QuickBooks Pro license?
Intuit says that after September 30, 2024 it no longer sells new Pro Plus subscriptions to new U.S. customers, while existing subscribers can keep renewing. We host the license you already own. If you are not sure what you can buy or renew, ask Intuit first.
Why do your plans list more users than Pro allows?
Hosting plans are sized by the number of people who can sign in to your hosted desktop and by the applications included. The number of people who can work inside QuickBooks at once is still set by your Intuit license.
Can I upgrade to a newer version of QuickBooks Pro?
Yes. You can request a version upgrade and we handle it for you, as long as you hold the license for that version.
How many people can use QuickBooks Pro at once?
Intuit says QuickBooks Desktop Pro lets 3 users work in the same company file, and Premier lets 5. If you need more, Intuit points to Enterprise. Your Intuit license sets how many people can work in QuickBooks at the same time; hosting does not change that.
Do I need to buy a license from Cloud Innovics?
No. You bring your own Intuit license and we host the server and environment it runs on.
How are my files backed up?
Every plan includes daily backups plus malware and hacking protection for the files you store, whatever the plan size.
What happens to my data if I cancel hosting?
